I decided to start this group because my two girls and myself want to get to know other moms in the area and make friendships. I would like for this group to be a group of like minded ladies who have similar interests and to support one another through the joys and challeges of motherhood and life. We will have playdates for the kiddos and moms nights out. If your in your 20's- 30's and would like to join a sisterhood of moms this group may be for you!

Stroller Strides is not just a walk in the park. It is a 60-minute total body workout consisting of power walking, body toning using exercise tubing (provided), the stroller, and/or the environment, ab work, and stretching.
